Congratulations! You've signed up for Belong! So, what happens next?
After your company details have been checked and your application has been approved, you'll get an email to let you know. Our customer success team will then be in touch with the key contact person at your company. This will either be the person who signed up for Belong, or the person nominated to your Belong affiliated adviser.
What information will we need?
Nice and easy. We just need the names (First, and Last) and email addresses of the rest of the people at your company that will be getting Belong access. If this information has already been provided to your Belong affiliated adviser, we'll just use that.
When will our team have access to Belong?
The customer success team at Belong will invite your team to activate Belong. They will each get an individual email asking them to setup their password. From there, voilà! You can all log in!
How can we access Belong offers?
Simple. You can visit you.belong.nz and login with your email address and the password that you chose. Also, check out our awesome iPhone and Android apps for access to awesome deals on the go!
What if we have more people join our team?
That's great, we want to share the love! You can either reach out to our customer success team at firstname.lastname@example.org, or invite them yourself by going to 'My People' and inviting from there. You can find more info here.
