Customers of Belong will need to add their employees as members under 'My People' from the Belong 'Manage' web application.

Add a single Member

Adding single members is easy in Belong!  To do it, click on 'invite' and fill in the email address of your employee. Once your employee has activated their Belong account their information will be displayed in the list of members. If an employee does not receive the email make sure they check their spam folders. If they still don't get the email simply re-enter their details to send a new one or get in contact with us.

Adding a large group of Members

To add a large group of members (we recommend a maximum of 50 at a time), click 'bulk upload'. Follow the instructions in the pop-up window (enter information in the format: email address in lower case). An account activation email will then be sent to the email addresses entered.
